AR Ashman is a writer and producer from the South Wales valleys. Through his company Red Mountain Films, he has made documentaries and drama for Amazon Prime, the BBC, and S4C. The Home Across the River is his debut novel, shaped by time spent volunteering in refugee camps in Greece. He is currently working on his second novel.
